I use hemp oil and coconut oil, clipping my nose when I drink them, so that I can't taste them. I've lost about a pound; I'd like to lose 10 pounds. I'm going to keep doing it, because I appreciate the appetite supression, which started for me after about 2 weeks. I'm noticing now that it is far easier for me to stop eating when I am no longer hungry than it was a month ago, which results in me taking smaller portions without thinking about it. Of course, the "instant willpower" of not eating within an hour on either side of taking the oil cuts out snacking, which helps too. Please keep us updated with your results.Mariahttp://upstatecalikitchenadventures.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808487949051617772.post-9197834535049623902012-02-16T21:50:15.598-05:002012-02-16T21:50:15.598-05:00I agree. The structure/schedule makes it hard to snack.

Olive oil helps lower triglycerides, so I'm not doing myself any harm by trying it for another week and see if I lose any more weight.xoxoxohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11993751439653647136noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3808487949051617772.post-87535487307656053252012-02-16T12:16:16.572-05:002012-02-16T12:16:16.572-05:00I'd also be interested to know how much his we...I'd also be interested to know how much his weight loss was due to (a) less sugar in the French soft drinks, and (b) the fact he was probably consuming fewer soft drinks in the first place, and walking more because he was being a tourist. It's when you're home being a couch potato (or office potato, for that matter) and the bottle of Pepsi is only as far away as your / the office's refrigerator ...
Mario (looking guiltily at the last few sips in the bottle on my desk)JJMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13404985455733545060noreply@blogger.com
