My interest in genealogy is a way for me to honor the dead, my ancestors. It's good to remember that we all come from a long line of interesting folks who had their own struggles, dreams, and ambitions. My lineage is a mish-mash of European lines: Italian, Sicilian, British, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, and Dutch.

This time of year always makes me want to look at and share some wonderful Day of the Dead imagery. Who doesn't love skulls?
