We headed down on the bus
past the National Guard
and various souvenir shopping opportunities
joined the crowd heading towards its destination
on the chilly National Mall
watched history happen on the jumbotron
listened to a great speech
dealt with a not-so-great exit strategy (security clenched when Barack and Michelle decided to stroll down Pennsylvania Avenue)
on the way home it was the march of the penguins, I mean Obamafans
and much, much later Mexican chocolate with the Obama puppet
